Kilometre Club Waiver

Effective Date: 13/11/2024

Thank you for your interest in joining the Kilometre Club! To ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, we kindly ask that you read and agree to the following terms and conditions before participating in any of our runs.

Waiver Agreement

I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I am taking part in any ‘the kilometre club’ runs entirely at my own risk
• I accept that the kilometre club shall not be responsible for any injury, damage to myself or any third party of property
• I am in good health
• I acknowledge and agree that the kilometre club activity carries an inherent risk of accident or injury
• I am 18 years of age or older
• I am allowing the kilometre club to use my image online and on social media
• By signing this waiver, I am agreeing to everything outlined in this document for all participation in these events going forwards in 2025
